THE MOUNTAINS SHALL BRING PEACE TO THE PEOPLE

The mountains are symbols for people who are expressing their integrity. When there is an example of someone whose character gives evidence of that which is true and real it stands as an example of largeness for all to behold. Here there is an ascending gaze and the peace that comes from something so large and present.

Let’s collectively provide the mountains of spiritual example of what is true and real for peace to abound in this earth.

THE MEEK SHALL DELIGHT THEMSELVES IN THE ABUNDANCE OF PEACE

As we mature in following the ways of the LORD we become increasingly aware of the consequent peace that results. I have found ways to know more in this respect. With my HeartMath work there is a procedure in all its tools called heart focus. This is where you simply focus your feeling attention on your heart. As I do this I find a greater sensing of peace in the midst of my moments. It especially helps when I may be feeling stressed. However. when the intensity in my life is off doing this allows me in my more quieter moments to experience a greater sense of wholeness and spiritual communion. Try it for yourself and see how it may help in knowing and following the ways of the LORD.

REST IN THE LORD…

Rest in the LORD are words that point to the experience of refreshment.  I have found that as I turn to reading and considering something of the nature of the LORD like a psalm verse I come to rest in sweet peace.  A peace that brings my heart and mind to  a refreshing rest. Let’s continue to make the time to know that sweet peace of the LORD.

HE THAT FEARETH (REVERETH) THE LORD…HIS SOUL SHALL DWELL AT EASE

I love this verse especially in considering what it takes for our soul to be at ease. Ease where we find an enjoyment in the moments we have. Ease where we can allow things to pend while taking care of what needs taking care of in the immediate moment.

It is good to consider fear as reverence for the Lord and to know the consequent peace that comes along with positioning our consciousness in such a way.

Consider this verse in a quiet moment and open up to the wonderful ease that it brings.

LET NOT PRESUMPTOUS SINS HAVE DOMINION OVER ME: THEN SHALL I BE UPRIGHT AND I SHALL BE INNOCENT OF THE GREAT TRANSGRESSION

There is much contained here.   It is good to consider the word presumptuous in the light of taking liberties that are not rightfully ours. The great transgression  is eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which is the cause of the fall of man. I find it good to consider the antonyms of presumptuous like humble, modest, unassuming and down to earth. May my words to today bring to heart more what it means to live consciously in a place that is humble and strengthening at the same time where we know our integrated place along with peace and sanity.

WITH THE PURE THOU WILT SHOW THYSELF PURE

Wonderful words here! The purity of the LORD is made evident in so many ways. The purity of a flower, the purity of the sun, the purity of a real conversation with a friend come to my mind as examples to acknowledge. Consider for yourself examples. As we do turn our significant attention to the purity of the LORD made manifest in so many ways we find ourselves knowing an ease and peace and pure joy. May we continue in this way.

HE THAT DOETH THESE THINGS SHALL NEVER BE MOVED!

Psalm 15 lays out how to abide  in the LORD’s tabernacle and dwell in His holy hill.

Consider the following in the depth of your heart:

He that walketh uprightly.

He that worketh righteousness.

He that speaketh the truth in his heart.

He that backbiteth not with his tongue.

nor doeth evil to his neighbour,

nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour,

nor putteth out his money to usury

nor taketh reward against the innocent.

I find these are great keys here to know more what it takes to constantly experience the joy and peace of abiding in the LORD’s tabernacle and dwelling in His holy hill.

NOR DOETH EVIL TO HIS NEIGHBOUR

As we know how to abide in His tabernacle and dwell in His holy hill we realize what it takes to continue in this blessed place. Taking not advantage nor casting aspersions upon those in our world relate to not doing evil to our neighbour. Why choose to leave the space of experiencing the joy and peace of the Lord in favor of such things?

I have been realizing more and more that this choice depends on how well we condition ourselves to abide and dwell in this place. It takes something to do so. It takes attention especially in the evening and morning to spend time devoted to remembering and knowing our place. Our place of providing what we are to provide of the Lord for all in our world to know the joy and peace and glory of the Lord!

FOR I LIFT UP MY SOUL UNTO THEE

As I consider the words, “my soul unto thee,” I sense coming into a conscious place that is above the morass of the present day world. It seems there is so much to fill our thoughts that pulls us here and there that we fail to know what it means simply to be present.

As I consider lifting up my soul unto the Lord something of peace and spaciousness dawns in my consciousness. At first the openness and spaciousness of this feeling feels in a way daunting or unfamiliar. And as I just continued to consider what it means to lift up my soul I found that I came to a conscious awareness of oneness. Oneness with all the living world. Here as I moved past the feeling of something unfamiliar I found myself at home.

My word  today is to consider what it means to lift up your soul unto the Lord and to let something new be experienced something that actually gives you the experience of wonderful oneness with all the living world.

MINE EYES UNTO THEE

As we lift up our eyes to that which is whole and decent and real there is a communion with the spirit of our Lord. Here there is peace and an infilling of our soul that is enlightening. Let’s continue to lift up our eyes knowing a greater state of communion filled to overflowing  extending the wholeness, decency and realness of the Lord.
