The God of our salvation is always providing salvation. As we recognize and acknowledge this our God is exalted. And with that we are too!
ENJOY THE VERSES
Ultimately as we really notice that we love reading and considering the psalms it brings a great enjoyment to our souls. Spending a few minutes in such meditation can go long way in enjoying our lives.
GREATLY TO BE PRAISED!
As we give thanks and praise we are uplifted into a place that brings joy! It is good to turn in this direction when we are feeling great and if we are feeling challenged. Seeing everything as an opportunity to give praise is a key to living in abundance.
POWERFUL INSIGHT INTO READING THE PSALMS
In the King James version of the Bible certain words that were not in the original Hebrew and Greek text were added by the translators, who felt they were necessary for clarity in English. In the Bible the words are in italics. In a few instances we have found that a verse has more impact without the added italicized words. Try reading verses without them. Explore and discover the power and impact that lies within a number of verses by reading in such a way. It can be amazing!
THY WORD IS VERY PURE: THEREFORE THY SERVANT LOVETH IT.
The word of the Lord is very pure. In order to know this our hearts must be untroubled. In order to have an untroubled heart it needs to be oriented in the eternal light of love constantly being emitted by our Lord and King. How we orient our hearts comes from mentally choosing the attitudes of thankfulness, appreciation, patience and praise. As we treasure these attitudes we can receive the pure word of the Lord that invigorates and gives perspective. With perspective we can see our temporal affairs in the light of the eternal fretting not letting time reveal all things in the living of life now.
CAUSE HIS FACE TO SHINE UPON US
How does the face of the Lord shine upon us. His face shines upon us when we forgive others and ourselves. His face shines upon us when we are expressing His nature of joy, of blessing, of thankfulness. His face is always shining and it is through our faces that He shines upon the world. Let us be about these greater works.
I WILL RISE TO GIVE THANKS UNTO THEE
When we deliberately rise to give thanks for all that is happening in our world we are rising up in essence to give thanks to the Lord. As we do so we will fill invigorated and renewed in perspective. Let all our moments be so lived accordingly as we receive and know the gifts of the Lord.
THY LAW MY DELIGHT
When we have found the law of the Lord our delight wonders open in our experience. The wonders of living a life that is infused by the the spirit of the Lord. For this it truly brings a gratefulness in heart and a gladness for living.
FOREVER O LORD THY WORD IS SETTLED IN HEAVEN
The word of the Lord is settled in heaven. This word springs from eternity to eternity has been and always will be present. It is the reality from which all the living world springs. Rest assured in it and you will know true rest and true invigoration. Know that it is always present always providing always giving. Staying upright and true allows you to receive it into your heart and mind and body. Let this word settle in you as it is in heaven.
THOU HAST THE DEW OF THY YOUTH
As we oriented in the right way we have the dew of our youth. We feel a perpetual youthfulness. Remember it is the responsibility of our conscious mind to keep our heart oriented in the right way. As we remember to keep a thankful heart and an alert mind to the things of God the things that are characterized by the nature of God we will find the dew of our youth. And such a joy it is.
