LET ALL FLESH BLESS HIS HOLY NAME FOR EVER AND EVER

LET ALL FLESH bless his holy name. Let really our entire being bless his holy name. “All in” as it has been said. How do we actually do that? It is not by trying rather than by yielding. Yielding in love to that which we truly love. Here we is where it becomes essential to take the time to turn to the thIngs of God. Whether it be reading and considering a healing verse in the Bible or taking an appreciative walk in nature. Time needs to be set aside for immersion in that which we know we love. As we do so we are increasingly in the way of being all in—all our flesh blessing his holy name.

THOU OPENEST THINE HAND, AND SATISFIETH THE DESIRE OF EVERY LIVING THING

As I was reading the healing verses I found this verse to beautifully strike my heart. It made me think more how abundantly nature opens the hand of God that gifts us with deep satisfaction. I further consider how each of us can do the same for others. That we may be an expression of the open hand of God extending that which is beautiful, refreshing and real.

I WILL PRAISE THEE WITH MY WHOLE HEART…

Orienting in the way of these words positions us to provide for our world. Whether we remember to do this when we find ourselves in a bit of intensity or when we may be feeling great opening up to what it means to praise the LORD with our whole heart lets us acknowledge our opportunities and provide something of beauty into and through them. Here we are the blessing we are meant to be. Let’s let this awareness deepen in our heart that we may be blessing during this holiday season.

THY WORD VERY PURE

As we orient to the Word there comes the experience of purity. Purity that brings also an experience of oneness. In this oneness comes a calm and a peace that puts things in perspective and gives coherent sequence to our lives.

Orienting to the Word of God takes an interest to come into oneness with it. I find reserving time in the evening before going to sleep and in the morning before I start my worldly day to be vital in knowing more of this communion. During these times immersing ourselves in that which we acknowledge to be of God allows for an increasing experience of oneness.

Take the time to know the purity of the Word. As we do we are gifted with something so wonderful as well as being in position to extend its wonderful influences into the world.

O HOW LOVE I THY LAW!

The wording of this psalm verse causes us to slow down to really comprehend what is being spoken here. Slow down enough to read and understand the meaning of these words. As we do a communion is experienced that goes beyond words that is wonderful and true.

THE LORD WILL GIVE GRACE AND GLORY

As we acknowledge and receive the truth of these words our heads are uplifted regarding all matters of our living especially those that may be of a challenging nature. With our heads oriented rightly we move in the paths of righteousness. Righteousness that is not dogmatic rather a righteousness that is characterized by a grace and fluidity. Here we offer the beauty and soundness of what is real and true giving solid evidence of the glory of the Lord. Let our living be such an expression of blessing.

SO WE THY PEOPLE AND SHEEP OF THY PASTURE WILL GIVE THEE THANKS FOR EVER: WE WILL SHEW FORTH THY PRAISE TO ALL GENERATIONS.

As we give thanks and praise we reside in a place that is tranquil. Currently, there have been sheep placed in our nearby park to clear away the weeds. I have been enthused to take notice of the sheep amidst the tree full area they have been in. As I consider this verse with this picture in mind it brings  an experience of  peace that is  deep and full.  As I give thanks for this experience I am moved to consider all in my world with such an appreciation. As I do so a greater peace and tranquility fills me to overflowing. Here I have more of a sensing of what it means to give thanks to the Lord  for ever and praises that extends to all generations. Let’s utilize the experiences of love and wonder we have in realizing a deep sense of thankfulness for them allowing them to refresh our world and extend a greater love. A love that unites us all that is clearly of our Lord of Love.

MY LIPS SHALL GREATLY REJOICE WHEN I SING UNTO THEE; AND MY SOUL WHICH THOU HAST REDEEMED

As we sing unto the Lord we find the place of rejoicing and redemption. As we orient our attention accordingly what may have seemed dark and troublesome is vanished. How do we do this? We do this by turning our attention to the spirit of the Lord that we acknowledge. As we turn accordingly we actually find ourselves. We find that we are naturally full of joy and rejoicing. To abide in this place takes a remembrance. Also it takes a willingness to be filled full by turning our responsive attention away from the things that divert us from our  natural rejoicing state. As we keep our responsive attention to that which we know is true of the Lord we will know rejoicing and redemption for ourselves and in turn providing it for all in our world. Let us so be blessed and be a blessing.
