The wisdom that is from above is first pure then peaceable, gentle and easy to be intreated full of mercy and good fruits without partiality and without hypocrisy.
THE CONFIDENCE OF FAITH
When challenged our faith may be tested or even may be seemingly non existent. It is important to daily meditate on things you know to be true the things of God to have the essential faith required. When challenged it is good to be prepared with such oil in our lamps. Daily spending time in consideration of the things of God will provide that oil and keep you in the way of growing in grace and stature.
GREATLY TO BE PRAISED!
As we give thanks and praise we are uplifted into a place that brings joy! It is good to turn in this direction when we are feeling great and if we are feeling challenged. Seeing everything as an opportunity to give praise is a key to living in abundance.
POWERFUL INSIGHT INTO READING THE PSALMS
In the King James version of the Bible certain words that were not in the original Hebrew and Greek text were added by the translators, who felt they were necessary for clarity in English. In the Bible the words are in italics. In a few instances we have found that a verse has more impact without the added italicized words. Try reading verses without them. Explore and discover the power and impact that lies within a number of verses by reading in such a way. It can be amazing!
CAUSE ME TO KNOW THE WAY WHEREIN I SHOULD WALK
Being open to knowing the way wherein we should walk brings perspective and wisdom. Openness regards an open and thankful heart. As we keep such a heart the way is revealed to us.
THE UPRIGHT SHALL DWELL IN THY PRESENCE!
Being upright relates to an upright posture physically and also mentally and emotionally. Whatever situation we may be facing keeping an upright stance allows us to meet the challenges we have at hand. Just remember to remain upright in terms of keeping your integrity and honor. Honor the presence of the Lord by remaining true to HIs character of strength and nobility. As we do so we allow HIs presence to come through us in meeting the situations at hand. Here we find victory and increase in waxing in grace and stature.
THOU RIGHT HAND SHALL HOLD ME!
What is the right hand of God? The right hand is the hand symbolized by the right positive action of God on earth. It is the hand that acts with decency and a perspective of the whole and what would bring blessings to mankind. The right hand allows for action to be taken that would bless others. Let’s let our positive action increase the wholeness of God on earth.
THOUGH THE LORD BE HIGH,YET HATH HE RESPECT UNTO THE LOWLY…
The lowly are the humble and those that keep their honor. Their honor and integrity mean the most to those that are considered lowly in this verse. As we keep honoring the Lord through the integrity and honesty of our living the Lord does have respect for us. Respect that brings his abundant love and encouragement into our hearts and minds. Lowly does not mean graveling in the dirt for the sins we may commit. As we honestly view our actions and correct any misguided ways we may have we lift up our heads as the Lord would have us do and move on with our living knowing we are instantly forgiven and needed to carry on the work of increasing the name and influence of the Lord on earth. Let’s let our living be an example of honesty, honor and integrity as we have been uniquely designed to be.
HERE WILL I DWELL!
As we acknowledge the place in which we are to dwell with humility and honor it sets the stage for the right commands to be issued in our living. We all have choices to make. If they are predicated from a place that is sound and tranquil we will have the wisdom to know what to do according to what is ripe at hand. It is a matter of moving with the rhythms and cycles that are in phase not doing what cannot be done now but simply doing what can be done. Let’s stay in sync with the rhythms that spring from that which we honor most.
UNTIL I FIND OUT A PLACE FOR THE LORD
Our life is designed to find out the place where the natural expression of integrity is known. A natural expression that brings ease and fulfillment. This place is a state of being of heart, mind and body, our temporal soul. When we come to point in realizing that what we experience is emitted into the world we can recognize a responsibility to add something that can be known as a place for the Lord. A place where peace, perspective and love can emanate from within outward. As we do hold our thoughts and feelings accountable in this way we acknowledge something more than just being responsible. We acknowledge our greatest love from which all things all happiness springs. The choice is ours.
