AND ALL THE UPRIGHT IN HEART SHALL GLORY

These words have made me take notice of them and have prompted me to consider them more. First, to be upright in heart I find means to acknowledge and enact the spirit of these words in my living. To be upright in heart means to give attention to that which actually makes me upright in heart. To give attention to the qualities of spirit that makes me remember what is most important. To give attention to that which acknowledges something higher than my conscious awareness. I find that orienting to attitudes of thankfulness and integrity it positions my conscious awareness to receive something of strength and love from I sense the source of myself.

Here I find a greater awareness of my reason for being in how my life expression can be of glory.

May my words touch something in you that you may know  more of the glory of your own life expression.

As we receive into our conscious awareness the reason for our being we come to realize we are here to share in the One glory of the expression of the LORD on earth.

And here we know more of what the words actually mean, “And all the upright in heart shall glory.”

YEA, IN THE SHADOWS OF THY WINGS WILL I MAKE MY REFUGE, UNTIL CALAMITIES BE OVERPAST.

Isn’t it great to acknowledge the spirit expressed through this verse? In the shadows of thy wings will I make my refuge…

In the shadows of thy wings, another way it can be said in the comfort of the enfoldment of the LORD will I make my refuge. How do we actually do this? What comes to my mind is to take the time each day to immerse my mind and heart in the words of the Bible especially the beautiful verses of the psalms. To actually learn to relax in the spirit of the words to sense and appreciate the beauty contained in them. I do like the King James version especially in this regard in that many of the verses have a poetic nature to them that I find easy to love.

Immersing ourselves in the spirit of the words contained in the Bible opens the way to live accordingly whereby our internal compass is oriented to that which is beautifully heart felt.

And as we have heard, it is out of the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaketh. The words we speak do make a difference in our lives.

I find it good to acknowledge these things with you  all especially while letting calamities overpast.

Let’s continue finding the ways to glorify the LORD in and through our living by abiding in the shadow of His wings.

MY FOOT STANDETH IN AN EVEN PLACE: IN THE CONGREGATIONS WILL I BLESS THE LORD.

I find this verse to remind us how to be in an even place when we are challenged by stress. To be in place of evenness is to be able to have perspective to know how to respond. An even place is a place where we are not treading towards getting knocked off balance and where we can see how to move forward in facing the challenges that present themselves in our lives. An even place where we abide blessing and glorifying the LORD in and through the moments of our living with all we are with.

NOR DOETH EVIL TO HIS NEIGHBOUR

As we know how to abide in His tabernacle and dwell in His holy hill we realize what it takes to continue in this blessed place. Taking not advantage nor casting aspersions upon those in our world relate to not doing evil to our neighbour. Why choose to leave the space of experiencing the joy and peace of the Lord in favor of such things?

I have been realizing more and more that this choice depends on how well we condition ourselves to abide and dwell in this place. It takes something to do so. It takes attention especially in the evening and morning to spend time devoted to remembering and knowing our place. Our place of providing what we are to provide of the Lord for all in our world to know the joy and peace and glory of the Lord!

THE LORD IN HIS HOLY TEMPLE

These words point to the reality that the Lord dwells in a designed place that is whole. As we still ourselves to know our place within this temple we come to a state of communion. Here we experience soundness and peace and glory and praise. Here we know ourselves as the light that we are as one.

THOU THAT LIFTEST ME UP…

Remembering it is not only by our own efforts that we are lifted up from challenging circumstances is vital. As we do acknowledge there is something greater than the awareness of ourself that actually animates us we open to a presence that can do the real work of lifting us up. Mainly what we have to do as a human soul is to position our capacities of heart mind and body for this to occur. How we position our soul is first realizing that this very moment of now is really what matters. This moment of now that we can emanate the light of love that is constantly expressing itself through all the natural world. As we open to allow the light of love to find expression through ourselves we are lifted up. The light of love is the truth of love of which we have been created for the greater glory to be known. Simply said let’s let the light of the LORD shine through us.

THY GLORY ABOVE THE HEAVENS

In opening up to the meaning of these words something large and magnificent can dawn in awareness how grand the name of the LORD is. Even though the meaning may be more than we can comprehend mentally let the feeling of opening up to this awareness fill our heart’s to overflowing. As it does the power and glory of these words can make itself evidence through the expression of our lives. Here we place our parts in extending the excellence of the name of the LORD on earth.

FOR HIS NAME ALONE IS EXCELLENT

As we orient our minds and hearts to acknowledge the Name of the LORD as excellent it does not separate us rather it unites as one with  the LORD as well as one with each other. Let’s lift up our heads in knowing the unifying glory of the LORD. Here is living EXCELLENCE!

MINE EYES UNTO THEE

As we lift up our eyes to that which is whole and decent and real there is a communion with the spirit of our Lord. Here there is peace and an infilling of our soul that is enlightening. Let’s continue to lift up our eyes knowing a greater state of communion filled to overflowing  extending the wholeness, decency and realness of the Lord.

THAT THY BELOVED MAY BE DELIVERED—IN THE BEAUTIES OF HOLINESS

As we upright and still our soul while opening to acknowledge a presence greater than our conscious awareness  something of our beloved may come through ourselves.  Another psalm verse written shortly after in 110 has the words, “in the beauties of holiness.” I love putting these two verses together “that thy beloved may be delivered—in the beauties of holiness.” As we still our soul in the beauties of holiness our beloved may be delivered. Our beloved which is real, large, integrated, worshipful, majestic, wonderful loves to find its way into expression. Let’s upright and still ourselves in that which is beautiful and whole that we may be filled full to overflowing letting our beloved outwardly bless all the earth through us.
